We collect two kinds of information:
A) Registration and Account Information. In order to set up your account, personalize your experience, and meet accessibility needs, we may ask for the following information when you register for the program, download our app, or create a profile:
--Your name, email address, and password
--City, state, or country of residence
--Age range or date of birth (if needed for eligibility)
--Employment or education background
--Accessibility or support preferences (optional)
B) Information Shared During AI Interactions. When you talk with our AI avatars or chatbots, you may share some personally identifiable information. This data is used only to make the AI’s responses more helpful during your session. We do not use this information to make decisions about you, and it is not stored long-term. Examples of data that may be shared include:
--Details about your job history, skills, or goals
--Personal examples or role-play answers
--Optional demographic or background information
We use your data to:
--Create and manage your account
--Provide access to training modules and AI activities
--Improve program quality (in anonymous, aggregated form)
--Support accessibility features
--Communicate updates, schedules, or support messages
--We will never sell or share your personal data with marketers or unrelated third parties.
The AI uses what you type or say only within the same session. After you close the session, your conversation data is automatically deleted or anonymized. No personal data is used to train or improve the AI model. You may always use fictional names or details if you prefer.
- Registration and login data are stored securely using encryped servers.
- Only authorized staff or contractors with confidentiality agreements can access it.
- All data is protected in transit (HTTPS/TLS encryption).
- Temporary data from AI interactions is deleted automatically after each session.
- We keep account data only as long as necessary for program participation.
- You can:
--Review or correct your personal information
--Delete your account at any time
--Use a fictional name or profile in AI interactions
--Request a copy of your data (where legally applicable)
--Withdraw consent to data use for future sessions
--If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you also have GDPR rights to data portability and complaint submission to your national data authority.
This privacy information is available in:
--Plain-language, large-print, and screen-reader formats.
--Audio and alternative languages upon request.
--We do not require anyone to disclose disability-related information unless it's voluntarily shared to help us make reasonable
accommodations.
We may work with trusted vendors to deliver our platform (for example, the AI technology provider or cloud hosting service). These partners:
--Must follow our privacy standards
--Are not allowed to store or use your data for their own purposes
--Sign formal data protection agreements (DPAs)
--We may share aggregated non-identifiable data (for example, 80% of learners completed module.
If you use our app or website, we may collect limited technical data such as:
--Device type and operating system
--Browser type
--Anonymous usage statistics
We use this only to maintain system security and improve accessibility performance.
--No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
